Third thru Sixth Grade Student Poster
Contest
Sponsored by the Northern Illinois Plumbing & Mechanical
Contractors Industry Promotion Fund
Third thru Sixth grade students
living in the Far Northern Suburbs were invited to submit entries in the
“If You Want It Tomorrow Save It Today” poster contest sponsored by
the Northern Illinois Industry Fund. Posters were to show water
conservation in action to underscore the need for everyone to conserve one
of our most important natural resources.
Prizes were awarded for
first through third place in each grade level. In addition to a
Grand Prize which was a $500 savings bond for the student and a $2000 CDW gift
certificate for his or her school.
This contest takes place twice a
year. Once in the Far Northern Suburbs and once in the Western
Suburbs. For more information please
